Opengro Buyer Intel is a paid reference for people preparing bids to South African public buyers. It is operated by Opengro. These terms cover use of the site at intel.opengro.com.

Access is sold as a one-off payment for 12 months. A single-buyer plan covers the buyer named at checkout. An all-buyers plan covers every buyer profile on the site during that term, including profiles first published while the term is still running. When the end date passes, paid pages close again. There is no automatic renewal in this version.

Opengro is not VAT registered. Prices are the amount charged. There is no VAT line and the Paystack receipt is the record of payment.

The underlying notices are public. The compilation, structure, and presentation are Opengro's. You may use a profile to prepare your own bid. You may not scrape the site, resell the compilation, or share a login. Exports are capped and rate limited.

Figures can be incomplete or behind the live eTenders record. Opengro does not warrant that a price, status, or ruling is current, and nothing on the site is legal, procurement, or bid advice. Opengro is not liable for a decision you take from a profile, to the extent South African law allows that limit.
