Privacy notice
Opengro is the responsible party for personal information collected on this site. The information officer is Dylan Cromhout of Opengro. Use the corrections and takedown form to reach the information officer, including for an access, correction, or deletion request.
To open an account we store the email address you submit and the sign-in tokens needed to email you a link. A payment stores a Paystack reference, the amount, the currency, the plan, and the buyer where the plan is for one buyer. Card details stay with Paystack. We do not ask for an ID number.
Buyer profiles use company names taken from public tender awards and bid registers. They are not a database of natural persons. Attendance registers are stored only so they can be counted. They are not shown. Names of officials found with an honorific in an extract are removed before the row is saved, and the row is queued for review. An import that still contains an email address, phone number, or South African ID number is rejected.
The corrections form stores your name, email, and message so the information officer can respond. It is not used for marketing. This version of the product does not send newsletters or alerts.
You can ask for a copy of the account data we hold, for a correction, or for the account to be deleted. Deleting an account removes the login and the access grant. Say so on the corrections form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
